This ankle sleeve is so comfortable and supportive. It really helped me with my plantar fasciitis. I would highly recommend to everyone looking for support for anything foot and ankle related.
I’m using this sleeve alone to support my ankle so it doesn’t keep growing cysts on an old tendon injury. I’m very active with sport and running, but and injury from 15 years ago makes those cysts appear, which can b dangerous for tendon rupture in addition to the pain and inflammation. I love that I can wear the sleeve alone for activities like biking and weight lifting where there isn’t impact, and then I can wear the strap for extra support during running or jumping. The other great thing is how slim it is so it doesn’t bulk in shoes. I found that the sizing was tricky to get right and had more to do with ankle and leg circumference than it did with foot size. I had to keep sizing down to get a size that felt snug enough to be supportive. On a 5’7” 118 lb slim frame, the small was best, even though shoe size (women’s 8) would have led me to a size medium or large. Initially I had ordered mediums and they felt too loose to do what I bought them for.
