I ordered the wrong size can I return or exchange it?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the original packaging in the condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require valid proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Is the pressure a small ball or an air-filled pocket?
Our elbow brace is designed with an inner gel pad for targeted relief and compression.

Do you need to wear the elbow brace differently for golfer’s elbow than you do for tennis elbow?
Yes. Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow impact different areas of the elbow - the outer area and inner area respectively. For golfer’s elbow, you need to have the gel pad over the inside of your forearm to apply pressure to the correct location. For tennis elbow, it is worn on the outside of the forearm.Â

How do I clean my knee and elbow braces?
Our braces and sleeves are machine washable. Simply put them in a net laundry bag, select a gentle cycle, and wash them with cold water.Â

Can I wear the elbow brace during sleep?
Talk with your doctor or physical therapist about whether you should wear an elbow brace during sleep.
